This intensive weekend training is open as a workshop to all who are interested. It is one part of the 50 hr training program, which is divided into 3 weekend trainings. In this weekend we will explore the fundamental principles of how mindfulness and yoga can be healing elements in your practice. This workshop is a valuable opportunity for learning how to use mindfulness and yoga for their proven healing benefits, both on and off the yoga mat.
Participants will receive a Mindful yoga manual for the weekend of training.
